December 2 is a special day for the Potamitis family. It is the Feast day of this beloved saint and Ekaterine's birthday. And it is also the birthday of your favorite series, "Paterikon for Kids," in the Encyclopedia of the Saints, December 2, 2010!
Have you ever met a saint?
On her way to visit her parents, Dionysios' mom – memory eternal – used to pass by the chapel in the Polyclinic of Athens and get the blessing of Saint Porphyrios for her and her family. Every time she would take Dionysios or other of her kids to the Polyclinic, before taking them to the doctors, she would first pass by the chapel of Saint Gerasimos to get Saint Porphyrios' blessing.
Have you noticed how many Celtic Saints we feature in our books, especially in our latest series, "My Synaxarion – A Saint for Every Day – A Book for Every Month"?
